Accounting Specialist (fixed-term contract)
Are you driven and detail-oriented, and enjoy working with numbers in an international environment? We are now looking for two Accounting Specialists for temporary parental leave cover roles.
We are currently looking for two Accounting Specialists to join our Nordic team for two maternity covers – one until Q2 next 2027 and the other until September 2027. In these roles, you will primarily work with our operations across the Nordics. You will be part of a highly skilled and collaborative finance team with colleagues across the region. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a global company where the finance function plays a key role in driving continued growth and improvement.
Key responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting for various business areas
Drive monthly and annual closing processes
Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and policies
Ensure accurate, complete, and compliant financial reporting
Handle local statutory reporting and tax-related matters
Perform balance sheet reconciliations in line with group guidelines
Monitor cash flows and manage the transfer of funds to the Group
Collaborate with Group functions such as tax, insurance, Treasury and legal entity management
We believe you:
Have several years of experience in accounting, preferably from an audit firm or a larger organization
Hold a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
Have strong skills in Excel and experience with financial systems
Have a solid understanding of Swedish accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Have an analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Are results-driven with a solution-oriented mindset
Have strong communication skills and enjoy working in an international environment
Are fluent in English and at least one Nordic language, both written and spoken
Experience in accounting across multiple Nordic countries is considered an advantage

Location: Flexible within the Nordics (Sweden preferred)
