As a Project Manager at Intertek, you will be at the forefront of driving key initiatives in the development and execution of innovative NDT (Nondestructive Testing) technologies, particularly in CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation) inspections for our clients in the energy sector.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring technical, commercial, and operational success, while aligning with the strategic goals of the organization. We expect you to bring both your technical expertise and leadership capabilities to ensure the success of your projects.

This role will be based out of Mongstad, Norway.

In this position, your key responsibilities are:

• Leading and developing a multidisciplinary project team, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and optimizing the use of available resources.
• Taking full ownership of project development, ensuring projects meet both technical and commercial objectives, while aligning with broader business strategies.
• Delivering integrated, operational solutions that balance scope, quality, cost, schedule, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) requirements.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and cooperation throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills for the role:

• 5+ years of experience in project management and leading teams, ideally within the NDT projects or similar industries.
• Familiarity with industry-specific standards, such as ASME, API, ASTM, and project management tools.
• Proficiency in both Norwegian and English (written and verbal).
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to make informed decisions based on complex data.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams through challenging projects.
