In the role as Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for being the point of contact to a portfolio of clients across the Nordic and Baltic regions, while also coordinating incoming requests and emails from our clients, and internal stakeholders.
We work in Evolution as our system, and you will be expected to keep the documentation and projects updated daily

This role is based in our office in Sandefjord.

Main responsibilites: 

• Keep client files organized and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and inspectors, arranging visits and confirming details.
• Check and verify reports for accuracy, ensuring they’re complete and signed.
• Communicate project progress and results to relevant parties.
• Support quality system reviews and report any documentation errors or customer issues.
